📝 Terms of Service — Point Note

1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using Point Notes ("the App") from the App Store, you agree to be bound by both:

• Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
• These Terms & Conditions

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or Apple's EULA, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

2License Grant

Point Notes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.

3User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not transmit unlawful or objectionable material
• Not use the App for illegal purposes

4Content Accuracy and Limitations

• Notes and content are created and managed by you
• The App provides tools for organizing your notes
• The Service Provider is not responsible for your content
• You assume full responsibility for your notes and data

5Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its features are owned by the Service Provider. You retain ownership of the notes and content you create.

6Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with Apple iCloud, Firebase, and Apple services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

7Subscription and In-App Purchases

• Premium features require an active subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in App Store settings
• Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store
• Cancellation does not refund partially used billing periods

8Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for backing up your data. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Service Provider from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of your notes and are responsible for backing up your data.

12Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13Modifications to the App

The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with 30 days' notice for pricing changes.

14Termination of Use

Access may be terminated if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

15Geographic Restrictions

The App is not intended for use in jurisdictions where it may be prohibited.

16Severability

If any provision is invalid, it shall be modified or severed. Remaining provisions remain in effect.

17Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Apple's EULA, constitute the entire agreement.

The Service Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law.
