By downloading, installing, and using Coffee Lens ("the App") from the App Store, you agree to be bound by both:
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or Apple's EULA, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.
Coffee Lens grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA. This license is subject to Apple's Standard EULA, which governs your use of the App obtained through the App Store.
By using the App, you agree to:
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors. You may not modify, publish, transmit, or distribute any of the App's content or create derivative works.
The App integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Firebase, and Apple. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for these third-party services.
The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from malware.
This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, or reliance on analyses for business decisions. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
If you submit content through the App, you retain ownership but grant the Service Provider a license to use it for improving the App. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, add or remove features, or change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service Provider may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or submit abusive content. You may terminate your use by uninstalling the App.
The App is not intended for use in jurisdictions where it may be prohibited by law. By using the App, you represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.
If any provision is found invalid, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. Remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior understandings.
The Service Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
The failure of the Service Provider to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Service Provider. If unresolved within 30 days, you may pursue legal remedies.
By using Coffee Lens, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
